Draft emails, analyse sheets and answer process questions from team documents
Philippine telco Globe Telecom rolled out Gemini across Google Workspace and uses NotebookLM, loaded with internal documents, as process-specific chatbots for departments.
What they did
After a trial with early adopters, staff used Gemini to write and refine emails in Gmail, create content in Docs, analyse data in Sheets and research across Workspace. Teams also loaded Drive files about specific processes into NotebookLM so colleagues can ask it how things are done.
What happened
The company says 80% of employees adopted Gemini, people save 3 to 4 hours a week on average, and 87% of users report being more productive.
