Turn years of calendar meetings into a tagged contact database

Grok BotUser storyAug 2026

A founder asked Grok Bot to go through ten years of calendar meetings and log every person met into a Notion database with their LinkedIn profile, current role and tags. It worked for hours without stopping.

What they did

The founder connected Grok Bot to their calendar and Notion. The instruction was to walk through every meeting in the last ten years, identify each person met, find their LinkedIn profile and what they are doing now, and add them to a Notion database with proper tags. The agent ran the job on its own in the background.

What happened

The poster says that after about 2.5 hours of nonstop work it had covered the most recent three years and added roughly 1,000 entries.

Keep in mind

The post is a progress update, so it does not show the finished database or how accurate the LinkedIn matches and tags were. Matching people by name to profiles can easily go wrong and needs spot checks.

Try it with your agent

Go through my calendar from <start date> to today and list every external person I met, skipping internal colleagues and declined events. For each person, add a row to <your Notion contacts database> with name, company, the date and title of our last meeting, a link to their public LinkedIn profile if you can confirm it, and tags from <your tag list>. Mark any profile match you are unsure about for my review.

Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
