Prepare for meetings by finding the right email thread
In an independent 10-task business test, Muse located the relevant email thread without being told which one, drafted questions for an upcoming call, and walked the tester through connecting Google Calendar. The reviewer scored it 10/10, the best result in the test.
What they did
In a one-day, 10-task business test on her own Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive and Meta accounts, the founder of AI Agents Library asked Muse to prepare her for an upcoming call without telling it which of several plausible email threads to use.
What happened
Muse found the right thread, located the calendar invite and prepared questions for the call, including some she would not have thought of. When it realized it needed calendar access, it asked and walked her through connecting Google Calendar. She scored it 10/10, the best result of the test.
Keep in mind
This is one task on one day, scored by one reviewer. In the same test Muse made errors elsewhere, such as misreading whether an email had been sent.
Try it with your agent
I have a call with <person or company> coming up. Find the email thread and calendar invite that relate to it, summarize the history and any open questions, and draft five questions I should ask. If you need access to my calendar or another app, tell me what and why before connecting it.
Replace the <angle brackets> with your own details.
